In general, that's it. Usul saja barijap, mcm batah~ Actually undergraduates are grouped to.... ntah brapa urg, so each group are to attend a two-day event saja~ Hehe suspen!! Ppl had been asking, what is its relevance to us, the teachers? Actually they want us to help them, to do the promotion and 'sell' the messages to the public since Brunei is the poorest country regarding on dental hygiene; according to the survey that they had done. We, the teachers, are dealing with the students often, so they rely on us to help them. Yea, it's true. But I think the best ppl are the Primary School teachers. Better to train the kids rather than the adults. Tapi nda apa lah, ada jua gunanya =)
Seminar was done during the whole morning with a short 20-mins break. And I wud like to share this with u, readers.. "JANGAN BERKUMUR2 SELEPAS MEMBERUS GIGI. LUDAH KAN SAJA. BIAR FLORIDA YG ADA MELAKAT PADA GIGI".. =O Mcm makan colgate tu eh rasanya. N I was wondering about something. I compared that idea to what've been done at my home. Alysya brushed her teeth with a toothpaste yg fluoride-less. Nada florida la! N it can be swallowed. Something was in my mind, but I cudn't get it straight. At home, then I cud think of it.. The question is "IS FLUORIDE SAFE TO BE SWALLOWED?" Ok, I'll try to figure it out tomorrow. Workshop was done in the afternoon..N yea, something happening akan jadi esuk. Nnti th ku ceta~ hehe
We were reminded to bring our own toothbrush, toothpaste (Colgate Total or Kayu Sugi is recommended) and a cup, tomorrow. Mari kita memberus gigi tanpa berkumur2.. Uwek!!
